Business Continuity

This page summarises pilot continuity and recovery expectations. Contractual recovery commitments must be agreed in the customer order form or service schedule.

Continuity posture

  • Claimsight processes long-running image analysis and customer notifications asynchronously.
  • Operational alerts can notify configured contacts about failed analysis, reports, notifications, and service backlogs.
  • Generated reports, exports, audit logs, and original evidence files are served through authenticated routes.
  • Customer systems should treat webhooks as notifications and fetch the authenticated result endpoint as the canonical state.

Recovery evidence required before live pilot

  • Confirm encryption and backup coverage for production customer data and evidence.
  • Run and record a restore test before live claimant evidence is processed.
  • Confirm processing, scheduled controls, monitoring, and alert destinations are active.
  • Confirm customer incident contacts, security contacts, and support contacts are current.

Pilot recovery targets

Recovery time and recovery point objectives are pilot targets until they are incorporated into a signed customer agreement. Customers should avoid using Claimsight as the only system of record for claim handling.
