Sub-processors
This page explains how Claimsight records and approves service providers that may process customer personal data.
Customer-specific schedule
Before a live pilot accepts claimant data, Claimsight and the customer complete a processing schedule identifying each approved sub-processor's legal name, function, processing location, relevant data categories, and any international-transfer safeguard. That completed schedule, rather than this public summary, is the authoritative list for the customer environment.
Service categories
- Application operation and private evidence storage.
- Transactional email or claimant messaging, where enabled.
- Subscription billing and payment administration, where enabled.
- Operational monitoring, alerting and customer support.
- Evidence analysis needed to provide the contracted service.
Changes and objections
The signed data-processing terms define advance notice for a new or replacement sub-processor and allow the customer to object on reasonable data-protection grounds. Claimsight remains responsible for imposing appropriate confidentiality, security and data-protection obligations on its sub-processors.
Requesting the schedule
Customer privacy or procurement contacts can request the current confidential schedule from privacy@claimsight.io. No live claimant data should be uploaded until the applicable list, locations and transfer terms have been approved.
