Privacy and legal pack
A controlled evaluation using only synthetic, anonymised or redacted data requires completed evaluation terms. A pilot using identifiable claimant data also requires a signed commercial agreement and data-processing addendum, completed processing and sub-processor schedules, and approval of the customer-specific privacy position before upload.
- Evaluation agreement and live-pilot data-processing templates are available for customer and legal review.
- Draft DPIA, ROPA and lawful-basis material is available under NDA where relevant.
- The customer-specific schedule records approved processing, retention, sub-processors, locations, transfers, rights and incident contacts.
- Claimsight does not accept live claimant data until the applicable legal and privacy gates are approved.
Additional assurance under customer review
- Incident response runbook, access control policy, continuity runbook, and tabletop drill template.
- External security-testing, baseline certification and insurance commissioning records.
- Security questionnaire answers and production-control evidence checklist.
Important status
Reusable privacy and legal materials are assembled. Templates and working assessments are not legal opinions, certifications or final customer commitments until the customer-specific facts are completed, legal approval is obtained and authorised representatives sign them.
Independent security testing, baseline security certification and insurance evidence remain pending unless current evidence is supplied separately. Customer and contractual launch requirements are recorded for each engagement; legally required cover cannot be waived through customer acceptance. Claimsight does not claim certification, independent testing or bound cover from preparation documents alone.
Full-live privacy and legal readiness additionally requires current signed terms for every production customer and maintained evidence for privacy ownership, processing records, impact assessments, notices, suppliers, transfers, retention, rights requests, incidents, training, customer exits and recurring accountable review.
